I dont yet know how to set it up, but I was considering making the forum, the default homepage of this site.
It might encourage more people to join and partake in some discussion. I would be interested in anybody's thoughts on the matter.

The Prime Spot is a local news and video site focusing on the Long Beach, California area. The site seems to lean towards covering the arts, and has a lot of interesting videos.
Their youtube channel is at http://www.youtube.com/ThePrimeSpotcom#g/u . One particular video that I looked at Seva Cafe: Pay It Forward , showed some quite inspirational banners which people had made.

1. I plan on adding two new tabs to the header area, one for the "Resources" page, and one for the "Contact" page. I have not figured out how to do this using vbulletin 4.0 but I will get around to doing it.

2. I plan on working with changing the colors. I will also like to make the font text larger, it is really a lot smaller than the size fonts used on previous versions of vbulletin.

3. After nearly a week, the site eventually had its first forum post by somebody other than me (Nitehawk), which was great to see.

4. Also need to make the text of the dividers on the forum page darker, so each new posts stands out better.

Due to some friendly prompting from visitors to the site, I have eventually gotten around to installing a forum on the site, which I believe is integral to being able to discuss things and try and bring about positive change. The forum can be found here http://www.worldpeace.com/forum.php
Please take a few minutes to sign up and be one of the early members of the site, that would be very much appreciated.
I tried to keep the forum simple, and have created only three forum categories
1. PEACE That is to discuss issues about both Inner Peace and World Peace, I believe the two go hand in hand, and clearly that is the main purpose of the site.
2. NATURE This is a place to discuss issues relating to protecting our environment, this is an area which I am also very passionate about. Far too many wars have been fought over resources. There are some very important issues like climate change, where action needs to be taken. I believe the threat of a World War 3 or the destruction of our environment are two of the biggest problems we potentially face. I would like to see neither happen.
3. UNITY This is more of an off topic or general discussion area, where you can talk about most things like movies, music, food, etc etc. A place to chat, and make friends, and hopefully maybe even organise local events if the site one day grows big enough. An area of the forum aimed at helping to unite members.

As to the site design, I will play around with the colors and will also most likely engage a designer to help with a site header. The page area will maintain a white background. The header will probably have an orange theme. That might take a while to get done, so your patience would be appreciated.
